Each year should have 13 months, instead of 12.

The first 12 months would all have 28 days, each month would always start with the same day of the week and we would always have 4 weeks in a month, with always 4 weekends.

The 12 months would amount to 336 days, the 13th month would have the remainder, 29 days or, in the case of a leap year, 30.

This would change the first day of the month for the following year, but this is not a bad thing, on the contrary, it would allow national holidays to be rotated throughout the week year after year, to avoid Christmas always coming, for example, on a Saturday.
